About Us

Shifting Gears towards a Brighter Future

Mission Statement

We envision a state of Illinois where every individual, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to achieve self-sufficiency and secure a fulfilling career through access to essential driver education and skills training.

Our Focus

To empower individuals from underserved communities in Illinois – including low-income students, undocumented immigrants, and former drug dependents, by providing access to driver education. We aim to equip them with the skills necessary to become self-reliant, reintegrate into society, and secure meaningful employment, enabling them to build confidence, have purposeful lives, and support themselves and provide for their family.

Our Future

We envision a state of Illinois where every individual, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to achieve self-sufficiency and secure a fulfilling career through access to essential driver education and skills training.

Our Cause

To break down barriers to self-reliance and employment by offering educational grants for driver education, focusing on marginalized groups who are often overlooked and underrepresented in the workforce. We believe that those who have less in life should have more opportunities. By ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed, we aim to help them make meaningful contributions to society.

DriveForce History

DriveForce Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization that provides educational grants to qualified and deserving beneficiaries.

These beneficiaries include low-income earners, high school students from households at or below the poverty threshold, undocumented immigrants, and former drug dependents recommended by local social services in the State of Illinois.

The grants enable recipients to obtain driver education, helping them become self-reliant, employable, and skilled members of the workforce. This initiative aims to build their confidence, empower them to lead meaningful lives, and support their families. Funding for these programs is made possible through government grants and contracts, community donations, fundraising campaigns, and partnerships with other organizations.
